If you are a new customer, we will create the account for you the first time you contact our support,

You will then receive a welcome email with an activation link.
Click on the link to create your password and activate the account. Now you can go to www.entrea.se and click on support in the main menu.
Now log in and you will have access to...
- Cases. Here you will see a list of your active cases. In the list, you can filter by status and time, and more.
- Create a new support ticket.
- The knowledge base with all support articles.
Entrea's knowledge base accounts are not linked to your actual Entrea account. So, keep in mind that you may have chosen different passwords.
